Hi! Welcome to my page, I’m so glad you’re here!
I teach yoga because I am deeply fascinated by the perfect design of the human body, and all of the intricate systems working together for optimal function. Our bodies are brilliant. The movement is a fundamental piece to supporting the body’s natural given healing abilities, but there is so much more to true inner healing. Yoga encompasses a holistic approach; It teaches awareness of the breath, the body, the mind and Self. When you learn to recognize the light of the divine that is within you, you begin to see the light of the divine in all. Imagine the kind of world we’d live in if everyone revered one another in this way. Essentially, it’s my mission to help others discover their own light within.
Yoga found me at an interesting time of my life - and after 10 years of practicing, I took the leap and took a yoga teacher training. When the student is ready, the teacher appears!
Long story short, the study of yoga changed everything for me. I could no longer see the world through the lens that I had seen it before. I continued to learn from various teachers, and more about myself as I taught to lots of different people in lots of different places. Thousands of students- every single one of them unique. Now, I serve as a conduit of healing by way of movement and embodiment.
It is truly a gift to provide the container for others to discover their own power.
